Is a new daytime hardcore raiding guild project which is being started on Al'Akir - Alliance side

Our main goal as Elitism is:
Aiming for clearing most of the hard mod content while maintaining the family structure of the guild.
The goal is focusing on showing the best performance as a team.

What are we expecting from a guild member ?

We are expecting every guild member to have %90 attendance to raids.
We are expecting every raider to get prepared in time with right consumables for the class,fully enchanted gear,prepared with mind and knowledge of boss tactics as well.
We are expecting you to have a fast reaction time in raids.

When do we raid ?

We are raiding 14:00 to 18:00 (server time) on Monday , Tuesday ,Wednesday , Thursday and Friday.

If you're wondering that why we are raiding in day time,it's for the best possible performance since our bio-clock offers some advantages on coordination and reaction time at this time of the day.


How do we share loot ?

We are going to use EP/GP system under the control of a guild council, just to make it fairly in extraordinary situations.
